From 7 to 13 April 2025, we will be presenting innovative solutions from the precast concrete industry in the areas of automation, digitalization and building systems. As PROGRESS GROUP, we use these technologies on a daily basis in our own precast plant and are constantly developing them further. At a total of 4 locations on the exhibition grounds, we offer you the opportunity to receive advice in all areas or to take part in one of the guided tours of a nearby precast plant.

At our PROGRESS GROUP stand in Hall B1.313/B1.413, you can experience concentrated automation & digitalization LIVE in action:

• Form Master shuttering and deshuttering robot with two axes for moving solid wall shutters, RTU shutters, magnets and built-in parts
• Automated holding-down clamps for double wall handling
• Tube Master for laying cooling and heating pipes
• Extruder and slipformer for the production of hollow-core slabs
• Vertically adjustable V-Tec Plus staircase mould
• Progress vision system for quality assurance

We will be demonstrating the building system of the future in the structure of the exhibition stand, which was realized using the latest Green Code precast concrete building method.

In Hall C3.303, the PROGRESS GROUP will be providing an insight into the latest developments in the field of reinforcing steel processing for precast plants and rebar shops. To be seen LIVE in function:

• Mesh welding portal M-System with bending units and transport system
• MSR straightening, cutting and bending machine with new bending run-off and quality control
• EBA automatic stirrup bender with integrated logistics and transport system
• Welding unit for tunnel reinforcement 

In the PROGRESS GROUP Lounge, directly at the entrance to Hall B1, organized tours of a nearby precast concrete plant start from Tuesday to Friday (at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.). There you can see the automated production of double walls and floor slabs.
